If you would like to visit our psychiatric practice and want to travel by public transportation from downtown Vero Beach, walk to the nearest GoLine bus stop in the downtown area. Take the appropriate GoLine route toward 37th Street and exit at the stop nearest 37th Street and U.S. Highway 1. From there, walk a short distance to reach Wave Treatment Centers. Approximate travel time is about 20–30 minutes, depending on the selected route and transfer times.
If you are traveling by car from downtown Vero Beach, head north on U.S. Highway 1 (20th Street) toward 37th Street. Turn onto 37th Street and continue to 777 37th St, Suite C103, Room 2, where Wave Treatment Centers is located. Approximate travel time is about 5–10 minutes, depending on traffic.

Telemedicine visits are available to patients across Florida when an in-person visit isn’t convenient.
All telemedicine visits are conducted by secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You see the same provider team and follow the same evidence-based treatment plans as our in-person patients — psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ongoing follow-up.
Interventional treatments such as TMS, Spravato® and ketamine-based therapies, and medically supervised detox, are delivered in person at our Vero Beach, FL office.
